Comprehensive Sleep Diagnostics

Canceled an appointment, did not apologize, made excuses about texting the wrong person the cancelation. All I wanted from them was a SINCERE APOLOGY for wasting my time! All they could do was MAKE MORE EXCUSES. Equipment didn't work after the first night. I made a few phone calls to them and not one call was returned. Beware they can take up to 48 hours To return a call even if you only have the equipment for 3 nights... you won't get a call back I will be telling my PCP to NEVER refer people here again. They were rude first, I was RUDE BACK All the office manager had to do at the beginning was freaking APOLOGIZE FOR WASTING MY TIME AND GAS. But all she could do was make excuses and it never got better from there. Be warned do not go here these people SUCK!!

Doctors are amazing, but their admin staff tried to pressure me into paying for a bill that they lied about going through insurance first and that it would immediately go to collections if I didn't pay right then and there. When I tried to correct them that they had the wrong insurance, they changed their story to my current insurance even though I could see that there had been no claim made. A disappointing experience from an otherwise great doctor.

This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a doctor's office. Besides the terrible service when actually going to the visits, etc. the lack of response from them is beyond ridiculous. We try to call to talk to someone and there is never any answer or they are "out to lunch" and their exchange service can't take a message. If you email them you get no response. How are you supposed to discuss concerns or questions with these people? They send bills without any explanation beyond "deductible", and want payment IMMEDIATELY. No offer to set up a payment plan or work with you in any way, just PAY US NOW! The lack of an itemized statement and the fact they send the bill via email and not a paper copy by mail is shady business practice. Using Square instead of a secure payment website also makes me uncomfortable. I want to know what we are paying for, and I want to make sure our information is secure when we pay for it. Unfortunately the billing department doesn't care what their paying customers want. I recommend finding another sleep clinic because these people don't care about patients at all. If I could give no stars I would.

Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor is unprofessional, he was an hour late for my appointment, then talks to me for 5 minutes, 4 of those minutes not being related to anything sleep. For that privilege I got charged 160.00. Then I did the sleep study which costs another 750.00 (600 for me to cover thanks insurance). All that was in about a 2 week time span. I had a 2nd study scheduled and on the day of the appointment at 4:32 pm (they close at 4:30) some rude admin lady calls me demanding full payment of my remaining balance (600+ bucks) that I only received a bill for 2 days ago, or my appointment scheduled for that very night would be cancelled! As if I am some sort of bill skipping degenerate. What a joke. Avoid this place. Total clown show. And on top of that the beds are garbage.

Both physicians, husband and wife, Dr. Rashids,’ are outstanding. Their depth of knowledge, time spent with the patient (me), thorough testing and diagnostic results are explained in terms and words that which I understood readily. If there are any questions, they will answer each one with patience and clarity. The office staff are polite and very willing to help the patient/me with any issue I have had, even with supply issues from a third party. Two of us in our household are patients of theirs.’ We have been going to see them for quite sometime now. Why haven’t I given a review before? This is the first time I have seen this online for them. I recommend each physician very highly. And I have been seen by both doctors at various other practices. Each Dr. Rashid is equally qualified to treat sleep disorders. I have seen other physicians. There is no comparison to the these physicians.
