Stay away from the crooks at Legacy Medical Group Sleep Medicine Meridian Park. Particularly, Jody H Tate, MD. This scoundrel will steal from you. She asked me what medication I was on, if I snored, and how wide my neck was. She then sent my insurance company a bill for $450 and she sent me a bill for $45. She already had all the answers to these questions. These people run this scam just to further enrich themselves. Shame on Legacy Medical Group. A bunch of low life crooks...

I was misdiagnosed for more then a year here! I was accused of “Dr. shopping”, for more “meds” I’m not sure if the Doctor had a problem with men or she was just a pain in the…. My current Dr.Fromherz across town saved my life. I’m now on a bi-pap machine and I happily being treated for central sleep apnea
Do NOT use LMG for your sleep health needs. They funnel you into their own system, including a sleep study at Meridian Park, which they will charge you literally 4X the state mandated fee schedule for a private practice sleep center "because it's in the hospital". What a disgusting joke. Don't let them rob you with their surprise billing hostage taking practices.
