I've been impatient at this clinic for about 3 and 1/2 years not one thing has ever been done right. The doctor does not follow up on orders or after Labs or a study is done. I went in for a sleep study I didn't get my review of that for over a year. I had a CPAP machine that just did not work and I told them over and over that it's not working for me and I'm trying. It took 3 years to get a new machine that worked properly for me. And then where I get my supplies from I'm now left ordering my own supplies because no one will give me supplies for my machine. I have left messages, asked to escalate the issues, and even cuang doctors nothing has been done. We are no looking for attorneys to deal with medical neglect.
The schedulers here are always amazing. They do whatever it takes to take care of the patient. Nobody gets left on hold and every call is taken .
Terrible 1st phone call. She stated "you need a referral and then it takes about 3 weeks for us to get it.......then you can call to book an appointment to get seen"!! Disgraceful!
I would give this olace a zero srat if i could. No matter when you schedule an appintment theyre always six to twelve weeks or longer out. Thier Staff is unprofessional and do not return calls. Ther are numerous sleep clinics in the local area that can get you in for a sleep study within one to two werks so why anyone would go here and wait 3 to 4 months is beyond me
Neat, clean, very comfortable, friendly, and bathroom/ shower if needed. To bed about 10pm and wakeup time is 5:45am. Very nice place.
