If I could leave a lower score, I would. My son was hospitalized at the beginning of November. He has congestive heart failure. He needs a sleep study !! The hospital and his new heart dr have referred him here. We both have tried and tried to make an appointment. Good luck nobody ever returns your call. And i see im not the only one, these reviews tell how it is !!!! This place is a joke. Its too bad Multicare doesn't make this place better

I left the place feeling almost disgusted. The two people working that day were very kind; unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facility is beyond their control. I can’t believe that a place supposedly operating in the health sector doesn’t understand that a dirty mattress not only reflects how little they care about their clients but is also a serious health hazard. This wasn’t just about discomfort—it was about safety. Studies from renowned institutions like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have shown that unclean bedding can harbor allergens, bacteria, and pests such as dust mites and even bed bugs, all of which pose significant health risks. These organisms can trigger asthma, skin infections, and other respiratory issues. I don’t even want to imagine the harmful microorganisms or parasites thriving inside that mattress. It was my child who was supposed to sleep in that bed—a child exposed to dirty pillowcases with visible hair, possibly from a previous patient. The wall behind the bed’s headboard was peeling, likely due to moisture—could it be mold? Mold exposure can cause respiratory problems, especially in children, as noted by the World Health Organization (WHO). My stomach couldn’t take it anymore; I had to walk away. This isn’t just a lack of cleanliness—it’s a blatant disregard for basic health and safety standards. What a lack of respect and care for the people who entrust you with their well-being.

I had my overnight sleep study done here. Excellent experience from start to finish. Special thank you to Tammie Toman who was instrumental in getting my appointment and helping me know what to expect and how to prepare. She really went the extra mile! And to Hanna who ran my sleep study. They both represented Multi Care professionally and compationately! Thank you, Sharon

We showed up at 7:15 for a 7:30PM appointment. We were told by the tech that he had another patient to get set up first, and he would be in. My child has sleep issues, that's why we are here. We waited till just before 9. My son has already taken his sleep meds. This is ridiculous. We were told to essentially follow a normal routine, which is lights out at 8:30, which they were. And then he came in and turned the lights on. By the way, the tech, David, seems nice enough, probably not his fault. If they have multiple people, maybe they should do the kids first? Update: it's been over a month and we still have not had any results yet. I phoned and asked, and was told that I need to follow up with our referring doctor. No one had told me this before. I also called the number listed below in the response to my review, and left a message twice, I have still not heard back. Update June 18th. I just received a phone call from I think her name was Linda, who returned my call, I believe she was in an office that oversees all of the clinics in the area. She was very nice. Turns out that the issue may not actually be on the end of the sleep study people but on the end of a doctor Rickert whom my child originally saw and referred to the sleep study. Apparently the doctor does not allow the parents to find out the details of the study until they see a specialist. Well that would be fine if the specialist appointment was shortly after the sleep study. But mine is like 6 months. She was very nice and said she would mail me one. I want to go on record as saying that I've already complained about Dr. Rickert a few times to a few different people, he should retire or find a different type of work.

If I could offer a negative review, I would. Let me preface this by saying that the clinic called me the day before for my copay (which I paid). They sent me at least three reminders of the date and time. I had a 6pm appointment for a sleep study. I drove an hour for this appointment. I arrived five minutes early and rang the doorbell, as instructed. Then I called the reception desk. Twice. Then I called the technician line. Then I rang the bell. At least five times. Twenty minutes later, a person appeared in the office, made eye contact, and went back to their area without letting me in for my appointment. So I ended up paying $300, driving a total of two hours, and missing a day's work, all because the attendant wouldn't answer the door bell. (I'm a teacher, so I've already planned to miss the day to get my results interpreted.) I'm beyond aggravated and out a lot of money and time. And, by the time I get actually scheduled, I'll be working off a 2023 deductible. It's totally unacceptable.
