Dr. Donlon is always so efficient and very time I see her she continues to be kind and compassionate to my health. She listens and puts a plan together and goes over what to expect and how to implement the plan. She is a gem and I will continue to use her as long as she's practicing with MultiCare. Thank you Dr. Donlon for your continued support and care you give.

I am having problems that feel like they are not getting heard. I am working with Dr Lamoine about severe cognitive and neurological issues mixed with crazy headaches and neck issues. I need imaging done and the best they can do is get me an appointment a month and a half out from my visit. Reached out because my symptoms feel like they may be getting worse and they are just telling me that “well the imaging is in just a few weeks” and “have you reached out to primary care as this may not be an issue with your condition” meaning that it could be a part of my condition but they don’t want to be attentive enough to rule it out in a timely manner. It doesn’t take a lot to know that a healthy and active 22 year old should not decline like I have. All I want is care that I feel is not being received. I just feel like a dollar sign to these people. I would not recommend Dr. lamoine to anyone.

Friendly professional staff. This was my husband’s first appointment with Dr. Mebust. We were both so pleased with her care. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and approachable. Put my husband at ease and he was able express the things he was experiencing at night trying to sleep. Five Stars !!!!

From the front desk staff to Dr. Bell, I couldn't feel more well taken care of. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Dr. Bell is amazing. He listens carefully and really cares about how I am. Since seeing him my condition has improved greatly. Sometimes he runs a tad late, but I think he is more than worth waiting for. I am very pleased to have found him.

This was my first visit with Dr. Groshans. He was amazing. Patient and very knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough for answering all my questions and arriving at the best plan of action for me. His nurse was great also. She even followed up through MyChart to let me know she sent over my chart notes to the two doctor's that I requested. I've never had a nurse do that. It was so refreshing. Thank you to all who assisted me.
