I choose to go elsewhere based on my reminder appointment. I waited almost 2 years for this appointment. The male that called said they would be doing the study his tone was exceptionally rude. He said “we boot you out by 6am.” I’m not an object and deserve respect. Sleep medicine isn’t any different than any other medicine a nicer bed side manner on the phone would’ve been appreciated. My instructions said the center closes at 7am.
My husband Ed had a sleep study there this past week and was very pleased with how everything went. Had a husband and wife team who were very professional and easy to talk to. Would recommend this place to friends and family.
I went there for a test at 9pm the girl named Victoria took care of me and she was high and out me in the room after she hooked me up for 45 minutes. Told me she'd be right back. I go out to see what's going on. And she's passed out in her chair and I said excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, and I woke her up and she was all out of it. I ripped everything off of me and I left.
I would give this place 0 stars but honestly can't if I wanted to tell my experience. Worse place ever, I got denied an ultrasound because of an early in the morning ultrasound that I did not make btw, and was put as a no show in their computers. Front desk staff are very unprofessional and will act like they are professional. I am high risk so I was recommended to go for my ultrasounds here, NEVER Again! Very disappointed in the last show up there.
