Place Is a little run down but very clean. Technician was very nice and professional. Was also very happy with being able to have the test taken within a few weeks as opposed to several months.

Facility is fine, slept overnight for sleep study, staff performing the setup had a very strong smell of cigarette on his hand which was not pleasant. Other staff and owner acted fine until I question the billing. They submitted a charge for the sleep study to my insurance for $12,000.00, in addition for the C-Pap machine $6,000.00 and then they charged me for all the accessories an additional $3,700.00. This is ridiculous and so wrong. The response I got from Sweet dreams, not your concern the insurance will pay the allowed plan amount. I couldn't believe it. Now I was held liable to pay 20% of the allowed amount instead of having to pay 20% of what the service and device cost. I also learn that they got the CPAP Tubing cleaner with my CPAP machine and didn't give it to me. They kept it and said it doesn't come with the it, I call the company and they verified I should have received it part of the order. Again they want to charge you for everything instead of being honest and doing the correct thing. I recommend you go some were else or get everything in writing before you agree to anything or sign anything. In response to the lower my bill state that is not true. I would pay my bill immediately if the bill is resubmitted for the correct amount. resubmit the bill correctly and I will remove this post and you will get your money.
Just would like to say that at Sweet Dreams Sleep Center, our experience was amazing during the test and after the test. We recently moved to NC, and I need my husband report and the staff members Liliana, Maria, and the own himself Huy, were very nice to help us. The place is a nice area and the facilities are in good shape. I recommend them any day. Thank you God Bless.
For starters the staff is excellent Ms Carmen is very professional , very Empathetic she makes you feel comfortable over the phone very polite, pleasant and excellent representation she deserves lots of praise wonderful phone skills and client interaction. The Tech that performs the sleep study is excellent, very polite, professional and welcoming , comforting and very detailed and precise. Never had this study done first time and it was a great experience . Highly recomend very clean very nice, Beds are so comfortable I actually slept!! Excellent staff . Thank you guys 😳
