This place is scary. When I arrived at 8 pm there was a car emptying there trunk full of garbage into the dumpster illegally. Tech that I dealt with was on the rude side. The facility was old and worn out. Like the bed you’re supposed to be comfortable sleeping in. The tv wasn’t clear either . Place is dirty! I will never return there!

This facility needs to retrain its staff. We were scheduled for a 7pm appt. Arrived early because we do not live near by...when we got there one of the staff members rudely started complaining saying that she needed to get the office organized and cleaned before she did anything (in my opinion this needs to be done the day before) then at like 7pm we come out of the car and another staff member arrives ALSO huffing and puffing....yelling CAN I HELP YOU?? I told her that I needed to use the rest room and that the other lady already inside said we were able to come in and wait. Well she seemed to be bothered by it! Gets worse...they are both in the office complaining about us being there to each other, (guess they dont follow the HIPPA laws) and to top the cake another patient arrives at 7:06pm being told to arrive at 7:15pm she buzzes from outside and the staff member starts going off AGAIN as to why is she early to GO SIT IN HER CAR!!! WHAT KIND OF PATIENT HOSPITALITY IS THIS???? I was so disgusted by the way these two ladies acted it was unreal. The manager here needs to get rid of these two ladies or send them back to a class to learn some etiquette. I feel very bad for whoever has to stay over night for these sleep studies while under the care of these two ladies.
