Center for Sleep Medicine at Saint Clare's Hospital

I am very disappointed in the “lack of care” my children received. The provider spent 30 seconds assessing each child. We waited an hour after that to find out we are being discharged from the LPN who just stated her shift. Apparently it’s a viral infection and it does not matter which viral infection they have because and I quote “you treat them the same” Dr Guza. As a healthcare provider I am concerned at how easily my concerns were dismissed. Their symptoms warranted further investigation especially with an elevated temperature of 105. This has been a horrible experience. They only had 6 patients on the board two of them were my children. It is disgraceful how a provider quickly dismissed me and my children. Clearly I went there because I felt they needed more care then I was giving them. But to be seen for 1 minute and wait a total of 2 and half hours is ridiculous.

I first started getting MRIs at the age of 37 and now I'm 66 years old and I was very nervous but The Technician was so very very professional. She showed so much care and professionalism She made me feel safe and very comfortable. I love her just for that. I hope that all women received a Technician like her. Thank You for your care of me

My daughter had surgery today and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment we walked in registration, pre-op, the OR, PACU, and recovery, everyone was absolutely amazing. Every single person went above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable, happy, and smiling. Even when she had some pain after surgery, the care and compassion shown made her feel so much better. We are so grateful. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of her.

Can’t say enough about my experience with this hospital. I was there for a routine procedure and everything went smooth as silk. From registration to my pre op nurse Stacy, and then when I came out of the procedure, the nurses in the recovery area were super friendly, thorough and very caring. Dr Abkin has an incredible staff , Samantha was not only caring but extremely proficient. It’s clear she cares about her patients. Thank you for caring.

I have been going to St Clare’s Dover Women’s Health Center for quite a few years for my annual mammogram. The staff and technicians have always been very kind and helpful. It has always been a pleasant experience and I think the techs are great at making you comfortable and do what they can to ensure it’s a painless experience. I always get one of the very early first appointments so that gets me up and out early in the morning and we start the day off together. I’ll miss going in October since it was always a little extra special being breast cancer month and I did it for so many years.
