Wait times was a bit long but that was to he expected for it being a hospital. Otherwise, I was pleased with the e service and the doctor who saw my child.

Awful. Usually I don't leave reviews, but I have to. Went in feeling completely awful, left feeling the same. It took them two hours to tell me "nothing was wrong" despite something being clearly wrong. Completely ignored my symptoms to drug test me without telling me and sent me home with a $300 bill despite doing absolutely nothing. This is the second time they've done this. Went in the first time to be told nothing was wrong only to have to go to an out of state hospital to find out I had bronchitis. Would not recommend if you do not have a broken bone or sprained something. They at least helped me with that adequately.

My Wife went into the er 04/19/2025 after tripping and falling on our blacktop driveway. The so called er doctor came in and turned her ankle in several different positions. It was extremely easy to see that she was in excruciating pain. The doctor ordered x rays After he looked at them he said he wasn't sure if it was broken even though it was swollen and brused from her foot to well about her ankle. The doctor gave her a Tylenol and nothing for her pain obviously my Wife didn't complain she just laid down in pain The voodoo witch doctor then sent her home with out pain meds and told her to see a orthopedic doctor, no recommendations to what orthopedic doctor. The next morning the hospital called with a update, her ankle was broken in several places and she had a torn ligament possibility along with other things After the orthopedic surgeon looked at the x rays the following Monday he told his office to get her in immediately . He advised my Wife that this damage quite possibility would require surgery due to the damages. My wife sees the surgeon tomorrow morning. The surgeon advised her to bring someone to drive her home because he was going to immediately give her something for pain She's been unable to sleep or get comfortable due to the intense pain. The orthopedic surgeon said that the xrays clearly showed lots of damage. He actually said that the er doctor should have easily caught it. After going to this hospital two times now 4 years apart once for kidney stones and then with my Wife for a broken ankle with other damage I would highly recommend going to any other hospital within a few hours drive, you'll thank me later I guarantee. They actually have signs posted throughout the hospital about how they don't dispense pain meds. Unfortunately I didn't notice them due to caring for my Wife. Oh yeah and my neighbor that plays lacrosse went in there with two cracked teeth and needed 8 stitches inside his mouth. The er doctor pulled both cracked teeth because of the damage and stitched up the inside of his mouth. The numbing meds didn't start working until he was at his house, 20 minutes away. The er doctor said to take advil for extreme pain

I'm currently being cared for at War Memorial Hospital and will be here for two weeks. The Nurses CNAs PT/OT/PTA are outstanding. They are professional, caring and can anticipate issues before they happen. The facility is very bright and modern and is well maintained and cleaned each day. I can't say enough about the goodness and genuine caring of the people who make this a great place to recover. I would not be in the good place of recovery. I want to offer a special thanks to the Nina's (PT/OT/PTA who wear black uniforms and incredibly motivated and push me to do better each day) because they were so critical to overcoming pain and restoring confidence. I will always remember what they have done for me!

The Emergency Room experience was horrible. The registration person was super amazing. ER nurses were mean bullies- they would not all allow a family member to go back with our mom. After about 2 hours, 2 of us were allowed to go back. Checked with the nurse about the blood just being drawn- he let us know they didn’t get enough and they had 5 people come in at the same time. He couldn’t answer any questions and only had half the story of why our Mom was there. Mostly bc no family was allowed back with her. He blamed it on being busy with 5 pts all at once. If 2 nurses cannot handle 5 patients, in an ER, you’ve got problems. Did I mention the Security guard answered the call light or that I had o give our Mom the call light (good thing to have for elderly pts left alone). The nursing care is horrible in this ER….
