I have sleep apnea for years and my doctor told me a few weeks back that I may qualify for a new weight losing medication called Zepbound. He told me to get my sleep checked again at Holyname. This was not my first time going to this sleep clinic. Every time I have gone I am met with with a high level of professionalism. The staff were all so nice, friendly and courteous always showing a smile on their face. The technicians I have come across have taken their time showing me how to use the equipment and assisted me with my paperwork. The test was super easy and fully remote, I did not even have to return the equipment. They really do provide excellent healthcare and a positive experience from start to finish. The communication process has been superb as well. The ability to actually speak to someone goes a long way. I know it takes a few weeks to get my insurance to approve, but this time when I called the sleep clinic to get updates I was able to chat with someone which is a welcomed improvement because it was much harder to reach someone before. 💕Thank you to the Holyname sleep center for your dedication to a person’s health and commitment to excellence. This last visit was truly a heartfelt experience. Amazing feeling cared for!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care we received at the Holy Name Sleep Center. Both my father and son struggle with snoring and we were recently referred for a sleep test. As someone who works always is dealing with healthcare staff, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the staff throughout the entire process. My son completed a home sleep study, which was ideal given that he was home from college and preferred not to stay overnight at a hospital. The process was smooth, convenient, and entirely remote which was a great option for anyone with a busy schedule. My father required a sleep study at the hospital, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The nurse or technician, I am not sure sorry, that was caring for him demonstrated genuine compassion, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer all of his questions which greatly eased his anxiety. The rooms, while slightly dated in decor, were clean, quiet, and felt like a hotel suite in terms of comfort. I had heard that Holy Name had one of the best sleep programs in the area, and after our experience, I can confidently say that reputation is well deserved. Since receiving the results my father started a weight loss program with Zepbound, and my son is exploring a mouth piece to address his snoring. The final thing I would like to say is we requested any open availability and the appointments were scheduled rather quickly, which was a relief given how long I heard the wait times can be. I had a recent home sleep test at the Holyname hospital sleep center and I have to say it went very smooth. The process was so easy that if I would have known sooner I would not have put it off as much as I did. Truthfully it was not even uncomfortable to sleep with. I put the device on and followed the nurses instructions and in the morning it was complete. I had a question in the middle of the night and called the number given to me and someone quickly picked up. This was satisfying knowing I can speak to someone at 11:40pm. I had a previous home test a few years ago at another hospital and I could not get any help when I needed it during the night. Therefore, I am very grateful to Holyname and all the staff. Even though I always yawn a lot I did not think I had sleep problems but it is apparent that I do according to my doctor because he called me just a few days after with my results (my previous test at the other place never called me with the results.) It is nice to know patient care is still a priority for this place. I would recommend. Thanks bundles!

I completed a sleep study at the Holy Name Sleep Center and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Due to work requirements, I needed the study scheduled quickly, and the scheduling staff was incredibly accommodating, securing me an appointment within just a few days. One aspect I particularly appreciated was that the sleep center is located across the street from the hospital, rather than inside it. As someone who isn’t comfortable in hospital settings, this made the experience much more relaxed. The facility itself was nice and clean and felt more like a hotel room than a hospital. The technician who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the night. After being told I have sleep apnea, I returned for a second sleep test to try different CPAP masks. While that night was more challenging, the same technician remained compassionate and worked patiently with me to find a mask that I could tolerate through the night. I was so satisfied with my experience that I recommended the sleep center to my father-in-law, who recently completed a home sleep test through Holy Name. He was equally impressed and actually encouraged me to write this review to express his appreciation. He found the process convenient and straightforward, especially since he preferred not to spend the night away from home due to his dog. The equipment was delivered directly to him and despite not being particularly tech savvy, he had no trouble completing the test. Thanks in large part to the helpful staff, including the technician who conducted his telemedicine appointment. Overall, I highly recommend Holy Name Sleep Center for anyone in need of a sleep test at the faculty or at home. The staff’s professionalism, the comfort of the facility, and the efficiency of the entire process exceeded our expectations. Thank you all.

I had an outstanding experience at Holy Name Sleep Center in Teaneck, NJ. From the very beginning. Tony went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. He personally called me after I scheduled my appointment and walked me through every step of the process, which really put my mind at ease when I started to feel nervous about the sleep study. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a huge difference. The lab itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a home away from home than a medical facility. When I arrived, my sleep technologist, Bresne, explained the entire procedure in detail and performed my study flawlessly. I felt informed, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout the night. I also did a home sleep study with them, which turned out to be quite informative. The process was easy to follow, and it gave me valuable insights into my sleep patterns. It was an excellent complement to the in-lab study and really helped me understand my situation better. The Doctor followed up quickly with my results, which I deeply appreciated. Thanks to the exceptional care I received, I had no hesitation referring my mother to Holy Name Sleep Center for her own study — and I don’t trust just anyone with her health. Five stars without question for Holy Name Sleep Center and their amazing staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sleep study.
