My wife came in to have important tests completed. She has multiple health conditions and is currently pregnant. At her previous visit, not all of her tests were done correctly. She tried contacting LGHealth beforehand to understand why this happened, and when she arrived this time, she simply asked to make sure everything would be done correctly. Instead of helping, tyler—whose job is apparently to “manage”—chose to be dismissive and unpleasant. My wife, already under stress with a high-risk pregnancy, left the interaction feeling distressed and disrespected. This is absolutely unacceptable. We spend a significant amount of money here. Why would LGHealth employ someone with such a short temper and lack of basic professionalism in a patient-facing role? If she cannot treat people with dignity, perhaps a non-public position—moving boxes in a basement—would be more suitable. The rest of the staff were professional, and even the lab technicians appeared embarrassed by tyler’s conduct. But the damage was already done: my wife now says she doesn’t want to return. I disagree—she will return, but next time with me. I will ensure this “manager” either learns what respect means or is held accountable for her behavior. I cannot fathom how someone working in healthcare can deliberately cause distress to a pregnant woman, let alone one with a high-risk pregnancy. It is disgraceful. My mission now - is to make SURE that I can make as many people aware as I can about the person working here and the behavior that is obviously tolerated by this institution.

My doctor ordered CT scan and provided order but my insurance requires Authorization and they refused to contact my insurance for Authorization. I called and obtained the Authorization Number provided them the Number I obtained and they still refused to schedule my CT scan test. I am having serious issues and need the test to find out what is going on but they still refused to get me scheduled. I hope I don’t have a serious health issue as they failed to provide diagnostic testing to see what is going on. Healthcare system is getting worse and this place is a prime example of not providing care.

I have been here for Doctor appts, Physical Therapy and I go here often for script refills. I am always greeted with a smile and given prompt professional customer service. 5 stars for sure.

Had to bring my 4yr old son here for bloodwork on a Saturday morning. I came prepared for the apocalypse. We were there for maybe 20 minutes. Entire staff from front desk to the phlebotomy.. exceptional. And thank you so much to the nurse that saw the fear in my eyes for my sons first bloodwork... not sure that it usually takes two people to get a little guy's blood, but he came right over and helped out and talked about Bluey on his tablet with him!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The individuals who work there are lovely, but the system set up is very frustrating. They have no automated system set up to inform patients when prescriptions are ready. The staff doesn't (and shouldn't have to) inform everyone when each medication is ready. Medicine just sits there waiting. Every other pharmacy I've interacted with has a system. LGH has an automated system for so many other services, why not this one??
