They're knowledgeable if you can ever get in touch with them. It takes 3-5 phone calls before someone finally gets back to you.

I've been working with them for past year. And time and time again their team severely disappoints me. For something that can be LIFE OR DEATH, they don't respect their patients time or health. I'm not the typical person to leave a Google review. But I think I need to share a few facts: - SDI's team is nice. That's about the best thing I can say about them - TERRIBLE communication and follow-through. Last month I took an at home sleep study. They said I'd get results back in one week. I called them two weeks later and they said results were still processing. Three weeks later I called to ask what happened, they said to schedule appointment with doctor later that week. And then a few days later, they cancelled that appointment. And said the results weren't in. And rescheduled for a week later. So i waited another week, anticipating very important results on whether I will need CPAP or not. And finally, after six weeks of waiting -- I received a call from a physician with my results. "the results were inconclusive. You will have to retake" Are you serious? I waited six weeks to learn my results were "inconclusive"This should have been recorded and communicated last month. Disrespectful. They don't take their important job seriously. And it's tough because it seems like the people that work there are kind. But kindness can only count for so much.

This place is a scam do not use this establishment under any circumstances. I’m so mad I didn’t believe the reviews because of how nice the doctor and receptionist were. They ensured me I’ll have my result back in a week, 2 at most because I needed it for work. It’s been a month and all they have been doing is calling me to cancel the appointment because “my results aren’t in the cloud yet”. This has been such a big disruption to my life I really wish I never used this place. I’m truly disgusted if I could give ZERO stars I would

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are really quick to tell you when your insurance approved something to get it done. But after getting the testing, they don’t reach out to you to let you know your results. You have to call them. When it comes to doing the sleep study, they have to come at a certain time, but you’re not even set up until an hour later.And if you were in that first room like I was, I was the last person to be set up but the first person to be woken. Which I didn’t like because I felt like you can’t really assess me if you only give me five hours to sleep. I don’t like that they really start to help you or get your results together when you threatened to go to another doctor. There should be no reason why I have to call you guys for my results and they’ve been ready for a week. This company is not professional at all.

Do NOT go here unless you want to waste time and money. I wish I read the reviews here first before making an appointment. Terrible customer service. Seems like they're offshore because their English is not the greatest. I had a hard time communicating with them and it was frustrating to make/change appointment. I arrived at their office for them to tell me they canceled my appointment for the sleep kit pickup. The front desk lady was indifferent and said it was given out already. To whom?? And why did they cancel without contacting me first? I had to leave work early just for it to be a waste of time. The billing department suffers the same disorganization. I called at 10:28am and was told that someone was going to get back to me; they never did. And so I had to keep calling back the department until someone actually picks up. The office looked weird too. Like an apartment that was turned into an office, so it felt cramped. They also had the audacity to lie and said the doctor called me in the morning for consulatation, which was not true. The doctor called me close to 4 or 5pm when I'm in route commuting home. Our appointment was at 11am. I understand doctors are busy, but don't lie to the patient. When I asked if they want me to send a screenshot of my call history as proof, they stopped emailing me about it. Typical. Expect to pay over $100 for the doc to listen to you for 20 minutes on the phone, but do absolutely nothing to help you. Smdh. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake btw.
