It’s been seven years since I had a sleep study. On 4/18/25 at 8:30pm. I had to go back home because the room they put me is a closet and the bed was on the floor. Within the seven year period Y’all should have upgraded these rooms with hospital beds to accommodate people like myself that uses a walker or wheelchair, because they have problems with their knees, back or neck. The staff is incompetent They didn’t know the address where the Sleep study is located. I had to take a cab there and back. I remember when they had Their own transportation take you to the location. . It’s a different address if you need to access the ramp. You need to Better.
I've been here twice. Very different experiences each time. The first night was fine. Room was quiet, I slept okay, which is about as well as I ever sleep. The tech was fantastic, so that really helped. I didn't love sharing a bathroom with the other patients and having to walk out in the hall with all the electrodes to get there. The second time my room faced the street and it was awful. I could hear everything outside all night. No sleep at all, so I have no idea why their sensors thought I had any. Same tech though, and again, he made it acceptable because he is awesome. I have very mixed feelings about this facility. The high mark is mostly because both the tech and the other people I've dealt with have been nothing but kind and competent and accommodating, even though the place itself could definitely use some improvement.
Me and my son went there on a Saturday night . The greeter brought us to a room quickly, it was very clean (nice smell of bathroom soap as well), crisp smell (no irritating aromas) and comfy. There was a t.v. that was optional to watch along with some bar snacks. The temperature was a bit warm for my son (I like it like that but he likes it kind of cold) but I was able to change the temperature in the room. The technician was very patient and gentle and waited for my son to go to sleep to put on those cord and patches on his head (which i appreciated them waiting till he was asleep). The night was very quiet. I was up all night (mommy instincts). The technician came in every 2 hours to adjust some finger device that kept coming off my son. The only thing I wish was that they had some sort of cord to lightly hold all those cords instead of it twirling every where as he moved through the night. I also wish that they would allow for longer sleep due to them closing at 6am, they wake you up at 5am. My son woke up energized though! Ooh and one last thing I wish they served light to go breakfast (not bars), which would have been nice!
I read the reviews upon arrival and was pretty creeped out but still Showed up . I was surprised to see that it looked nothing like the review pics showed . The one staff member was professional and the stay was as expected. The tech does just open the door so don’t expect privacy. Mattress was a little worn out and can be flipped or upgraded but all went well .
I had an appointment here for a sleep study. Very strange experience. 1) Staff Confusion I walk in and announce myself to the two staff members. They look at each other confused and ask me “wait… that’s you?.. then whose that?” And point to the back where the rooms are. 5-7 minutes later, someone is getting kicked out. 2) Reference Attached Pictures - Open Room. I was put in a room and was there until 10:30pm. Unattended. I had no idea what was going on. I was always there for ~2 hrs right after all this confusion. I decided to see what all the doors were about where I was. One of the doors led to access to the rear of the building and outside. I tested the lock but it only twisted the dial, however, there was no resistance, no feeling of anything mechanically happening. I didn’t like that at all. 3) Using Camera Pre - Test is Weird. This is an assumption. Once I decided to leave and started to change back into my regular clothes is when one of the staff finally came. Like I said, I’ve been waiting for some time by that time. Coincidence? It leads me to believe that they were watching me the whole time. We’re they watching me change? Do they do that to the women who go, too? All in all. Strange experience. I had the creeps. I got up and left. I took my consent forms with me.I
