I just want to say this nurse her name is BELINDA she needs to be demoted she's very rude, very obnoxious. If you don't want to take care of a patient and this being ur job as a nurse your in the WRONG FIELD mam. You took an oath as a nurse {BELINDA} for patient care and well by the way you took care of my love one is why she needs to be demoted.

Had our daughter's specialized follow-up appointment. We had to go to Corpus Christi for her first one, and it was a long trip. Thankfully, they now have this facility a lot closer! Doctor Hanna has been very helpful, friendly, and informative! Looking forward to our daughter's next appointment there. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful!

I come here for the Maternal Fetal Medicine. I have a complex medical history and let me say that Dr. Violetta Lozovyy has been amazing! The staff has also been really welcoming and kind. You always get the best treatment and they for sure care about their patients. I have no complains! They have made me feel so safe and encouraged me whenever I go. Thank you 🙏

Usually any Driscoll facility we visit, all the nurses are welcoming and treat us with hospitality however this was the first time we encountered a rude nurse. Today my daughter had an appointment with Dr. Boston and she needed blood work drawn. We were already in the room, when 2 nurses entered and let us know that they would need to draw some blood. I let them know that yes but usually it’s hard because my autistic daughter moves a lot and also because usually anytime she has blood drawn I ask for it to be done with a sono since we always have trouble finding her veins. I’m not sure if the nurse took this the wrong way, but I always let any nurse know this when she has to have blood drawn, as I don’t like to see my daughter poked multiple times. She assured that she would check both arms to make sure which was “best” and she did, however while she poked my daughter the blood stopped flowing out. I’m not a nurse nor do I work in the medical field so I was curious as to why it stopped and asked, immediately the nurse told me that it was not because she didn’t get the vein but because my daughter slouched to the side. I let her know that how come she did not explain to keep my daughter straight, as to begin with the way she was grabbing my daughters arm, she was already positioned to the side.. so I let her know it would be nice if she would’ve advised me to avoid this. She was upset and said that they wouldn’t be able to do it again because they only had one tube. AGAIN, I DO NOT work in the medical field so I thought this was something they could just go get from the back but it was a special blood tube that has to be requested. She gave me attitude when asking for her name, but I asked as I know Driscoll takes customer service and hospitality very seriously.. her name is Belinda. She was very rude so I asked that she’d please not return to assist the other nurse and that I wanted someone else. She smirked and said ok. If you are not passionate about your job or helping sick children then why do it.. she made me very upset when she did not hesitate to give me her name or to advise me that she did not make a mistake.. as a special needs parents this overwhelmed me. I don’t tell nurses that my daughter uses a sono to have the blood drawn because I want to intimidate them or upset them, I do it because I TRUST them with my daughter and don’t want her in pain. Belinda should not be working in a children’s facility if she does not understand how children are. She needs to be more nicer.

I edit my review and gave them a 5 star. Because after visiting Scottish rite in Frisco they helped me find a better doctor which is Amanda Purcell. Again the nurses and staff were always great . The only issue with my first visit was Dr. Hammock or however you spell his name. I’m glad I switch to Amanda Purcell. She’s such a sweet person and very knowledgeable compared to (Dr.Hammock )
