Same day surgery was a breeze. We went in a bit hesitant due to the interaction with the lady that called us for instructions. ( quite short on words ) but as soon as we got there the staff was very friendly and professional. The place was hectic yet moving along swiftly. Our nurse was amazing and the Doctor Linda Martinez Berrios was great our amazing surgeon Casanova was very informative, the recovery room staff was superb all the way to our lovely discharge nurse Pierrot. We were overwhelmed with the human warmth

Brookly hospital has got to be one of the best hospitals in the whole entire state of new York, I went to have an ultrasound done today and the people who run the Radiology clinic are very kind and very knowledgeable! if ever i need tests done i absolutely want to go to BROOKLYN HOSPITAL!! hands down. the hospital is very clean, very advanced and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. My mom was in this hospital back in August 2024. Boy, was that mistake. They kept her in the ER for 3 days before she got a room upstairs. I was there everyday with her and I knew the system and was advocating for her every step of the way, yet still it was this bad. She developed bed sores since she was immobile. They didn’t tend to it since she was on a pure wick, I work in a hospital myself and I can tell you first hand this hospital’s performance is subpar. I recommend taking your love ones to NYU in Manhattan. Their service is impeccable compared to Brooklyn Hospital,

10/26/25 around 3am I went to the emergency room at Brooklyn Hospital and the nurse was very unprofessional. She said let them go to fast track because the area she is working at is only for ambulance. The nurse that escorted us to the emergency department said nobody is working in fast track at the moment. Then the lady behind the desk started an argument with my daughter & she she went and complain to the security then because they all seem to of had a “stressful day” saying “you two have to go I am not singing you in” all of the nurses then came out and said you have to leave. it is on camera for all to see. They pushed away a patient who suffers from asthma.

First time going to this hospital for a hysterectomy.Im from The Bronx but my amazing Dr.Bruno Casanova performed the surgery there along with an amazing team of physicians.I must say I had a great and positive experience here from the moment I walked in.Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and professional. I forgot to mention that I had surgery on my birthday and the nurses at the day surgery unit while prepping me got together and sang happy birthday to me.❤️
