Tried to schedule a sleep study here. They wasted my time for over a week over an insurance authorization. Was considering changing over to them but they were not able to change authorization to their facility. They were blaming it on my insurance. I even spoke to my insurance several times, including with the previous place on the phone and they confirmed this facility just needs to call the provider line to change it. Finally I get a call from the owner who says I can just pay cash and then get reimbursed later. This I found suspicious and when I explained to him that my insurance as well as I tried to call several times and not get through, he claims that I am a very nasty person. Not only are they difficult to reach at the office, when someone does answer the phone they barely speak English. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend

The first time I came here I couldn't sleep because I had forgotten my earplugs. I was rescheduled 2 days later. After the test was done, I was told I have severe sleep apnea. I used to think it was normal to wake up 5-6 times a night. I was drinking 16 cups of coffee to stay awake .and taking sleeping pills to go to sleep. I never had a good night of sleep. Last night they hooked me up to a c-pap machine. I slept like a baby. I woke up once to go to the bathroom.i was alert all day. And didn't take a nap all day. The place is clean. Don't worry, because I checked it. Even the garbage in the bathroom was empty. Close to the F, M, and E trains the neighborhood is safe even at night. They were able to accommodate me by providing a female sleep tech and close to the bathroom. Do not come here till 8:30 pm, if you do the door won't be open. Now I'm going to get a machine today and expect a good night's rest without sleeping pills. And I can stop drinking so much coffee too.

Came here to do a sleep study. my technician was really nice and straightforward, friendly and knowledgeable. the only thing that they could improve here is maybe add some new pillowcases on the pillows to make it more comfortable. but besides that its a straightforward study.

One of the worse place to do the sleep study. I brought my dad from Georgia to do the sleep study but i they cancelled his appointment cause I didn’t answer Elizabeth’s call at 9am. I woke up late and called her back at 12pm now she can’t prepare the for the exam anymore and she cabled it. People need to understand that other people works at night shift and not necessarily can answer the phone at 9am. I tried to re schedule the appointment and she didn’t do it at this moment. Just for 2 hrs she canceled his appointment. I can’t believe people can be so stupid.

Just had My sleep study here yesterday and other than having a terrible headache it wasn't a bad experience. You arrive between 8:30 - 9:30 PM. The night female technician Carol was very kind and helpful. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. The room was very nice. There's a queen size bed, comfy blanket and pillows. There is also a recliner chair and a flat screen TV. There is also a huge bathroom down the hall with a shower just incase you feel like showering. The place is pretty quiet unless you have a window facing queens blvd like I did.The technician woke me up at 5am to get ready and leave. Thanks again Carol for being so kind.
