the room is great and the person who was doing the test in Brooklyn office was great, but when you call the main number, it is a disaster! No professionalism, they don't know what they are doing. It took me 2 weeks to just schedule and the manager had to interfere to have it done. They did not even take my email address to forward the link. Jennifer is a total mess, don't even deal with her, rude, has no idea of anything, puts you on hold forever, never schedules.........until you reach the manager.
The place is very nice rooms are super comfortable! And the staff are really friendly! Got the results within 2 weeks. Definitely recommend!!!
There isnt a single thing that has been professional about my experience here. The rooms and beds weren't clean, the doctor they gave me to review my study with was completely incompetent and getting the durable medical device has been a 5 month story from hell...with lots of run around from the office and frustrating phonecalls. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
The furniture in the room i was staying in was really dusty as if it was time thoroughly cleaned for some time, woke up in the middle of the night because I had been bitten over ten times on the arm by bed bugs couldn’t go back to sleep after that which was contradicting to my whole purpose of being there. The staff was friendly though but besides that I suggest you go some place else…
They kept me waiting for a scheduled appointment for weeks and in the end they said it’s insurance who is holding up my authorization whereas they are the ones who mixed up and sent wrong information to them. They just have a pathetic authorization office that probably works for thousands of doctors and keep mixing up patients records. They clearly violated HIPAA and sent my clinical records to a doctor sitting in North Carolina whereas I am here in NYC. On top of that, the receptionist is another level of hell to speak with, she has no way of knowing what’s going and still keeps blaming other people for this office’s shortcomings. Just blabbers without understanding the issue at hand!
