Very sweet technician, she made sure I was comfortable and made it clear that she was there to help with whatever I needed! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The only thing uncomfortable were the wires and equipment which is an obvious but had an overall great experience. Thank you for making it as easy and convenient as can be! Kudos to my sleep technician, she deserves a raise ☺️ ** would also like to add that scheduling was a breeze, my appointment was scheduled the end of the month and they called to move it up to last night and I took it! **

I just called and got bounced around a little bit on the phone (which I get) and ultimately spoke to a woman who really didn't seem interested in helping me. It really left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will not be going here, just because of that woman's attitude towards me. Crozer Keystone Sleep Center, you should be more mindful of who represents you and interfaces with your customers. You may have the best equipment and services on the planet, but I'll never know because I refuse to go there, because of the way I was treated. Sorry you missed out on all that revenue because of that woman's rather large chip on her shoulder.

I recommend: stay away, if you can. First, I found the service okay. The staff was friendly. And I had gotten my sleep study appointment rather quickly, which I thought was nice. (Maybe this was a warning signal I should have heeded.) However, the equipment reminded me of the 1980's and proved to be rather uncomfortable, especially when you are supposed to... well, sleep. I would guess that, in the digital age, there is much more advanced technology around. A few weeks later the bombshell dropped. The price Crozer charged to my insurance and my resulting co-pay was simply obscene. I cannot see any relation of what they charged to what it, in the worst scenario, might cost to keep and monitor a person during a single overnight stay. Co-pay alone dug a big hole in my budget! I would tell a friend who needs a sleep study to stay away from Crozer!

Wait time was 123 minutes. Report was not even spell checked. Repeated sentences.
