Excellent experience! I’ve been a patient for 8 years . The care has always been great. Donna is huge advocate for the patients. She was able to get my equipment in record speed. I absolutely recommend this office.
Love my technician and the doctor I see is great, if they would only get rid of the “rude “ receptionist. Zero personality and grumpy
I will be finding another sleep disorder facility and doctor. As mentioned in an earlier review, after multiple attempts to get a returned call or email I was told I need to be active on my chart which I am. I am still waiting on an app to down load on my phone to monitor my CPAP results which I do not need anymore. I also left messages to get a returned phone call which did not happen.
In response to your comment-I was told that this was covered and nothing was said to me about all these additional charges.$1995,$130,$1225.And you refuse to give me an itemized bill? The best part is your billing department rudely stated the I am not the one being charged? I have never had such problems
The receptionist at the Branford office is extremely rude. She doesn't communicate, gives patients dirty looks, doesn't greet anyone, and yelled at me because I swiped my credit card at the wrong time and now she has to contact billing to fix the error. I enjoy coming to this office because it is convenient, and the technical staff is wonderful. However, if I have to deal with this person, I am transferring to another sleep center.
