I think this practice is fantastic. Dr Michelle is professional and listens to her patients to help with their needs. I am so happy I found a doctor who I can trust after moving here from New York. I will continue to use her as my primary caregiver.

This is one of THE MOST unprofessional medical practices that I have ever visited. First - The online registration process is quite frustrating and does not actually work. Multiple attempts to use the program only garner error messages that no one attends to. Second - No one is providing accurate information as to the availability of testing. In fact, there were NO tests available yet the practice continued to take online appointments. This proved to be extremely problematic as our area was in the midst of a snowstorm. So I traveled to this urgent care location in the snow only to be told upon arrival that the tests ran out YESTERDAY. THIRD - The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude and should be replaced. For example, upon arriving for my appointment and being told that there was no rapid testing available, I wanted an explanation as to why the information isn't accurate on the website as to what is available and why the public is still being allowed to needlessly book appointments and travel to this location in a pandemic (unsafe) if the suggested method of testing was not available, I was addressed as "Babe" and told that "it wasn't an issue of updating the information contained on the website, but that they had run out of test YESTERDAY, because more people have been coming for testing...(like what the???) FOURTH - There is no way to get in contact with any sort of management to ensure that the issues noted are rectified. I know that a lot of people are suffering, and a lot of people don't have medical insurance, but this place SHOULD NOT be the only option for people in need of medical care. They are unprofessional, unsafe, careless and rude.

1) asked for a PCR test but found out the next day that they ordered an antigen test, which is not approved by our school 2) instructions on how to obtain results online do not work 3) staff dont know the difference between antigen vs molecular testing. There are molecular rapid tests that exist that are not PCR. Antigen tests are not as reliable and many institutions do not accept them. 4) they don’t provide enough information about their testing online, nor is there a way to speak to someone on the phone - so all of the above took a lot of effort to confirm. 5) the previous time we made an appointment, we showed up on time, a dozen other people were also there and it turned out DOCS was closed! But still taking appointments online?! The conclusion was that my daughter missed a week of school and we lost hours of our lives - due to their incompetence.

This place is insane. First of all I tried calling their number and the call was declined. Other patients complained of this too, stating they tried 6 other numbers just to reach them. Second off, I waited over 6 hours to get a covid test. Their waiting list is not accurate. They are extremely short staffed that even the doctor was running the desk at times. This place is very disorganized. No air conditioning and crowded in the office. Their website is terrible as well. When you go to book a time, it is not the actual time of your appointment. This place is a joke. The receptionist gives you a terrible attitude! She is unprofessional and should be fired and replaced by 2 other receptionists. It seems there is only one practitioner seeing patients. She was a bit rude too. Such a broken system. DO NOT GO HERE! Please spare yourself! It is NOT worth your time and effort. This is NOT what I call rapid Covid testing. 🤬
