Waited weeks for an appointment, and now they call me a few days before and tell me it has been cancelled (no reason given), and that the next available appointment is another 3 weeks later. I love being told "hey you probably have this potentially serious medical issue that needs to be handled immediately", and then basically put off for nearly 2 months to even be seen by a doctor.
I have been trying to call the sleep center for my results but I can never get through to a live person and they never return your calls. I have now left 4 messages and still have have not heard back from them . I would look on my patient portal . But it’s not on there either, so if you are reading this , please call me! Thank you.
I was very surprised to see so many awful reviews! Working with the Sleep Center has turned my life around. Lance is a fantastic tech and Dr. Roca is one of the best doctors on the planet (and I'm the son of a doctor)! I find Dr. Roca and his staff to be exceptionally responsive when I find it necessary to submit a portal inquiry. Be assured that if you work through whatever encumbrances you've encountered with the office, you'll receive exceptional care.
I have been trying to reach the center, no one answers. The last time I spoke to them I told them there was something not right w/my machine and they set up a date for a sleep study (just needed someone to look at my machine). When I asked if I could have a woman instead of a man for the night I was told they would call me back-never heard from anyone and have tried to reach them. I just called Patient Relations, no answer.
The nurses administering the test and doing the consults are excellent. That is the only positive. The office will never call you back. You will need to chase them for everything. They don’t answer the phone either. Good luck
