We have had two sleep studies here and have been very happy with the care we’ve been provided. Nick was our tech both nights and he was so so great with my 2 year old daughter. He made her feel comfortable and calm, and when she got upset about the nasal cannula he helped ease her anxiety by saying she didn’t need it, and then quietly placed it once she was asleep. My daughter has many nighttime challenges so we co-sleep, and I was worried about the room set-up since she can’t sleep without me, but one room had a full sized bed where I could sleep next to her, and the other had two twins that could be pushed together. Nick checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and helped adjust equipment. Very grateful to Nick and the providers here for helping us get important information about my daughter’s sleep.
I cannot express how grateful we are to have had Becky help us during our sleep study. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, explaining every little detail to ensure we understood the different parts of what my daughter was being tested on. As a parent it’s uneasy waking into a situation like this, but Becky truly gave us so much peace to enter into our night. Thank you so so much, Becky!
Becky made my child feel welcome and comfy for her first sleep study. Becky's literal bedside manner :) was lovely. My child & I were able to have a good night's sleep! The whole crew with Pediatric Sleep Specialists have been great. From scheduling through all of our visits-great experience!
Becky was very sweet, patient, kind, professional, and attentive to all of our needs and wants. The room came with a nice bed for me and my son plus a crib was available if I did have an infant. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. When I needed to step out for a five minute break, Becky was more than understanding and watched tentatively over my son. She came in through the night and kept him in the position that he needed to be without waking me or him. Her soft spoken nature helped calm my son, who has autism and he did not freak out with all of the electrode placements and she made him feel comfortable. I would recommend 100% to anybody that is concerned for themselves or their child or a friend or loved one.
