Staff are wonderful and efficient. I wish I would have grabbed her name but the receptionist at the front desk (blonde hair) is absolutely pleasant and friendly. In fact, all the staff here is great. They are all courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location

My appointment was excellent from start to finish. The doctor was attentive, patient, and provided valuable guidance that made me feel informed and supported. The staff was incredibly polite and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I genuinely appreciate their level of care.

I got in fast, they were not very busy (like walk ins are usually). Very helpful and really spent the time going through my symptoms and what it might be. Even set up a follow up appointment. One of the fastest, nicest, most helpful walk ins I have been to!

I have been waiting to leave a comment. I went to the Stratford office and every single person was so nice and understanding. I literally have told 8 people how amazing all the staff there was. It's been a long time we everyone at an establishment is so nice caring and just positive. I just really thought you should know how great you staff. Lucky to have that group.

I just want to say that this is the best urgent care center affiliated with this company that I ever went to. They were super friendly super willing to help, it was actually nice to meet with a doctor in person. Instead of a computer screen like West Haven makes you do all the time, even like years after COVID, they're very clean, very friendly, and you know what I liked the best was that it was nice to see a male for once run test. Do blood work be a medical assistant? You know, because sometimes I just feel like men are overlooked or Not good enough or whatever, but that's so untrue the best phobotomist i've ever dealt with were men so honestly, the whole experience was a 20 out of 20 literally, I will never go back to any urgent care center. They were completely understanding, they were very explanatory. They were willing to check out different avenues. Besides, just the 2 that I thought she she thought it might be something else, and it was nice to know that I had educated doctors instead of 2 medical assistants and a doctor on a computer screen like West Haven is definitely Strafford, is where you want to go, you will get helped. They have the blood drawing station right there, they have the culture station. They can check everything right there for you. If you need antibiotics right away, you will leave with it They are phenomenal and this service is great and you can make an appointment. I was seen within two point two seconds
