Let us stand outside in a line after checking in by mobile and didn't come out to say the systems were down until someone went in to ask even though could see a line clearly forming. Went in for a Rapid test and was told I'd receive results in 20-30 minutes. It's been 8 hours and I'm still waiting. No answers by phone or text. Heard another woman come in while I was waiting for my test saying she waited 24 hours for her rapid test and got no response. Woman behind the desk gave her results out loud for all to hear.
I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Front desk lady was beyond rude and not just to me. Worst walk in I have ever been to!!
Absolutely zero communication after visit. Cannot reach anyone by phone for test results. Only their billing office picks up the phone. Not even corona virus test results! Had to personally go back and demand they print a copy of my results after making multiple text and email inquiries through their website. They wanted to bill me for a televisit to release my test results. All they want to do is churn out “ free” coronavirus tests. That’s why they set up drive testing on weekends throughout the region. FYI they bill insurance. Now being investigated by CT department of health for not reporting test results to the state. If you need coronavirus testing go to cvs. It’s seamless. DOCs is a joke.
