DOCS Medical Group Sleep Center

I never leave bad reviews, but this is truly a horrible experience. After waiting for 20 minutes we found out there were no doctors on site and we had to do a telehealth appointment. It was a Saturday afternoon and the doctor was supposed to call in an urgent prescription for antibiotics. They failed to do so and then they were closed on Sunday. As a Sunday night we still had not Received the prescription, so I had to go to the emergency room for my daughter. I tried several ways to contact DOCS after hours, and it was unsuccessful. In short, it was a complete waste of time.

I have been to this location numerous times for covid testing. And I wanted to write my review, because of all these negative reviews, which make no sense whatsoever. Yes, we do have to wait a while to get a test, but it's because we are in the middle of a pandemic! It's not the staff's fault at all, who for the numerous times that I have been there for myself and my son, have been super nice, calm, and professional given the situation that they are dealing with. They walk in in the morning and already have 30 people lined up at their door who are probably all nervous and angry as well because they have to get this test. I give them so much credit and my appreciation for taking such good care of myself and my son. I also went there for another occasion where I fractured my nose at work. Again they were super helpful. They even printed out paperwork that was sent over to them so I can take it to the hospital with me. For anybody that leaves a negative review take a look at the situation first. This staff in my opinion fall into the group of superheroes! Thank you so much for everything you do.

Beware! I had to pay for treatments I did not receive! I had cancelled my appointment after the nurse reassured me that I could, no commitment, she basically knew she was lying... I had to pay for something I cancelled. Also, the nurse and the doctor herself were not able to draw blood they had no idea what to do and the whole experience was awful! They poking the needle in and out trying to see if they got the vein basically... not happy with this place I do not recommend!

The nurses are great! Very friendly and attentive! But the Dr she seemed to have no real knowledge about allergies or medication. The Dr was more into trying to prescribe medications that I insisted doesn’t help due to them being new on the market . She seemed to not believe me or the fact that none of the meds she prescribed me gave no relief and basically gave up!

The office staff was very nice and accommodating. The tech that did the breathing test was very nice & explained each part as we went and then we saw Arlene (P-A, I think) and we just LOVED HER! She was so sweet & kind. Patient and understanding and most importantly she was very thorough in her exam and orders to find out what is going on! Thank you so very much to all of you. It's nerve wracking to see a new Dr and its helpful when they are as kind as you! See u soon!!
