People were friendly and helpful, but they have a practice of upcharging you $40 for masks (and maybe other products?) and not telling you. I inquired about the charge, pointing out the discrepancy with other providers and was told it was their company policy. Because you can get the same masks without an upgrade charge at many other local providers, like Buffalo CPAP, it seems like a disappointing money grab to fleece patients.
