The sleep techs are phenomenal. Getting the device has been a nightmare. A referral was sent 11/6 and I had it sent again early December due to missing information. Major medical knows nothing, aerocare knows nothing and when I call pediatric sleep specialist all I’m told is “I’ll put in a request for someone to call you back.” I’ve had one follow up call and that was someone saying all communication should come from aerocare. So prepare for circles,
Nathan was exceptional in helping my child get comfortable. He was thorough, kind and funny. The intake person gave wonderful suggestions for sleep hygiene. Everyone was fantastic at their work and considerate to any and all of my child and I's needs.
Sleep studies are never fun, but this place made it as easy as possible. Got an appointment easily and quickly, on a weekend too which was nice. Friendly staff explained everything as we went along, helping my child and me feel at ease. Clean, comfortable facility, too.
My daughter had Courtney as her Sleep Tech for her sleep study and she was amazing! She even braided my daughter’s hair so that it wouldn’t get tangled in the cords. My daughter said she was super nice and super fun! Going to sleep studies can be stressful, but she put us both at ease. Nathan the other Sleep Study Nurse that was there and we’ve had before is also wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough of them both.
