This place is the worst. My mom was in a car accident back in April that has left her non weight bearing on her legs until next April. She was referred by her insurance company to Lincare to obtain a motorized scooter. Lincare has a centralized call center. Each time I would call to check the progress I would be told the local office would call me back. First it was end of the day, then it was right when they got back from lunch, within the hour, etc. NEVER once did I or my mom get a call back. The last attempt, I let the person know I am not hanging up until I speak with someone. I forgot to mention this was after a month of not hearing anything about the status of where her scooter is, etc. lastly a lady named Carla got on the phone with me and had an attitude. She was like 'you must have forgotten when we spoke yesterday that the manager is out until Tuesday and you needed to decide between a motorized scooter or manual wheelchair." This was blatant gaslighting as that was never part of our conversation and I did call her out on it. While she was on the phone she took a look at the paperwork and was like 'oh yeah. It's all right here. Not sure why this hasn't been passed on to the appropriate department yet. You'll hear back from someone on Tuesday'. Fortunately my mom did hear on Tuesday and she'll get her chair in 6-8 weeks. Months after her nurse advocate and Lincare was supposed to follow through for her. Very frustrating that I had to get involved to get it resolved but that isn't even the biggest issue. My mom has had a difficult quality of life because Lincare couldn't care less about actually helping people. I wish I was more familiar with the medical industry as reviewing Lincare reviews on Yelp - it is their reputation for being awful. Wish we had more of a choice vs being essentially forced to use such a bad company.

Awful, and about as rude as can be!!! 4 Wks of getting the run around and still no results on getting a wheelchair for someone who can not walk! All they had to do was make 1 phone call and they refused for no reason!!!

I have had Lincare for my oxygen and supplies for over 14 years. The staff are so kind and compassionate and are very dependable. I am almost 83 years old and very poor eye sight and they are so kind and set up my tanks for me. I definitely Recommend.Lincare for all your oxygen and supplies. Sincerely Darlene Fletcher..

Have been trying to get someone to call me back about my broken cpap for almost 5 weeks. No call back, nothing. Even filed a formal complaint with Corporate but never heard back from them either. They will sell you the equipment but don't want to do anything to help when it breaks. They are a nightmare and should not be in business. I once asked an employee what it was like working for them and the reply was "have you ever watched The Twilight Zone? That's what's its like".

We needed to get a wheelchair for my mom and we needed it as soon as possible. Gina assisted us every step of the way and helped us get a chair that fits mama perfectly. Gina made sure to update us with all relevant information regarding use of the chair. We met her at the Lincare office to pick up the chair and she worked with us to ensure mama was comfortable and able to use the chair without difficulty. She also helped us back out to our car to make sure we were safe and sound. Thank you Gina for helping my mom and me and for allowing us to have a great experience! 😀
