My Dad was visiting from out of town and realized a piece of his CPAP machine was missing. When we stopped by the Greece branch, the staff were super helpful and were able to get us the necessary piece very quickly! If they give that kind of service to an out of town customer, I can’t imagine the service you would get as a customer! Thank you so much!!
It’s taken 2 months for someone to call me regarding receiving my CPAP machine, claimed there is a shortage finally called Friday for the 6th time in 2 months just to be told I was already approved and I just needed to be put on the schedule for a fitting. I’m highly frustrated but luckily Susan was nice and helped get me in the schedule so i can get a better/safer nights rest.
I now have Halperin and they r terrible. The cording kinks up and I can't unkink it. I've had Rochester Oxgem b4 and never had a problem with it. I am now on 24\7 oxygen cause of copd and have to take oxygen in the bedroom every night. The cord is so kinked it just about fits into the bedroom. Want u back again. Will give u a call asap.
I’ve never been more pleased with a company who takes the time out, and genuinely cares, about your well-being. They helped me so much over the last few days. My sleep pattern has significantly improved! I expect it will increase even more as the days progress. I would HIGHLY recommend Rochester CPAP & Oxygen Supply in Greece.
