Notified us 20 minutes before our appointment that they had scheduled us with the wrong provider and cancelled our appointment. Beware, this group is the most unprofessional we have ever encountered.
I have been a patient at the sleep center at Harford Memorial for quite some time. Recently they changed doctors, the ne doctors name is Dr. Shakoor. I did give him a chance, but for some reason the doctor and I just didn't get along. He was very arrogant and didn't seem to listen to a word I had to say. I suppose I can get past that part of it, but he made promises that he would get back to me to discuss a plan to adjust my CPAP so I could sleep better throughout the night, it has been weeks an there has been no reply. So overall the experience I had with Harford Memorials new doctor was completely miserable
