Demetri was very paitent and sweet with my three year old who was not loving all the wires! He took time to make sure she was ok even got her a little toy and a night light, he also reconfirmed our future appts and entertained her in the morning when she wanted to retake her weight and height lol.. overall was a great experience!
Our tech, Dimitri, was absolutely amazing. He was so patient and gentle with my toddler, Mateo, and made him feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Having all those wires placed can be scary for a little one, but Dimitri explained everything in a calm, friendly way and truly put Mateo at ease. The entire process was incredibly smooth. I had originally been booked at another location that wasn’t able to see us for nearly eight months, so I was relieved and grateful for how quickly Pediatric Sleep Specialists were able to get us in. The pre check-in appointment was also extremely detailed. Every question I had was answered, and I felt fully prepared before even walking in for the study. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comforting. Highly recommend!
This was such a wonderful facility to do our first sleep study with our daughter. Dimitri was so amazing, very kind, gentle, and patient with our daughter. He made us feel so comfortable and allowed my daughter to do her normal routine, play her music, and get tired before turning out the lights. He was very professional and ensured she had an accurate reading all night. Thank you for everything!
