Albany Regional Sleep Disorder

After driving an hour to appointment (that we made six months ago), I check in to be told I received a call (which I never received) back in October and my appointment was cancelled. Karen was AMAZING, she was able to find an open appointment that was only 15 minutes later than my original appointment time resulting in me not having to drive back home and back to Albany another day. She was courteous, kind, and over the top helpful! So much appreciated, thank you

The service provided in the Albany office staff was terrific, both in urgent care and the service side. Staff were friendly and caring and the check in logistics were the best organized medical office I have been in recently. Wait times were minimal. That being said, the billing process is HORRIBLE. I paid most of my copays at the visit but was told at one point I would be billed. I never received a bill. I received lots of emails to set up a patient portal account which I didn't really want to do. I then received two emails stating my statement was on the way which I also never received. Then, a couple of months later, I get a text message that my account, outstanding for $25, is being sent for collection. At least the link in the text allowed me to pay electronically without creating yet another account. I understand wanting to do everything electronically but the process could be better and less intrusive. Other medical offices allow for one time payments without an account. Do better Albany ENT. Medical bills are hard enough to manage without additional obstacles and threats of collections.

I had an excellent experience in my appointment with Dr. Nora Perkins. I was scheduled for a myringotomy, to relieve fluid in the middle ear. Dr. Perkins examined the site with a microscope and found that the fluid had drained naturally, so no surgery was required. What a relief! Superb service! Thanks.

Have been experiencing poor hearing from set of hearing aids I purchased less than two years ago. Made an appointment and was taken care of by Ariana. She was absolutely a delight, after determining my needs she went about thoroughly cleaning, testing and verifying that the hearing aids were working. She even fixed a broken wire. When I put them back in it was like brand new hearing aids again! She then went through teaching me how to better clean and handle my aids going forward. Highly recommend Albany ENT and their staff especially Ariana. Thank you all for getting me in quickly and making sure I was satisfied with how well they worked before leaving.
