My audiologist Tricia was excellent as was my PA Christopher. They were prompt and thoroughly explaining everything involving my hearing test and past and future analysis. My visit was very informative thanks to both of them.

The audiologist who did my hearing was nice, but incomplete. PA Erin was fantastic. She was friendly and gave an opportunity to ask questions. She explained the results of the blood work and Made suggestions on how to improve my hearing, since I don’t feel it’s gotten any better with my hearing aides. When I asked who was going to check my hearing aids, her responds was that should have been done when I had my hearing test. But there was not an opportunity to do that. I felt very rushed. So she got Tricia to help me. Tricia is also excellent at what she does. It turns out my hearing aides needed to be sent out to be repaired. I’m glad I had the chance to ask.

The physician I had an appointment with listened to me very well. She helped me to create a plan to be able get me to a better spot allergy wise. She offered a lot of options just to be sure I'd be able to choose what I would think would help me. I greatly appreciate the fact that she didn't kick me out the door just because she needed to see another patient. I am grateful that I now have a great action plan to help with my allergies :)

I would give them 3.5 stars. My initial appointment over a year ago was confusing in terms of the check in process. I wish I was given a heads up on what you do before you go in, and that everyone has to wait in the line downstairs. 2 stars for the confusing check in process. After check in I went up stairs to wait for my allergy consultation. They had multiple signs that stated if you weren’t seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time to let them know. I waited over 20 minutes, and then did let them know, while feeling uncomfortable- because who likes confrontation? - they didn’t seem to have much of a concern at all, and said I would be called eventually. I didn’t understand why they have the sign to let them know….. if there was simply dismissal. no empathy, apology, or even explanation. 2 stars for that experience I have continued to go to them for a year for allergy shots. The women that give me the shots each week are superstars, are prompt, thorough, and kind. 5 stars for them! My six month appointment was great too. Doctor was kind, knowledgeable, on time, and made me feel like I made the right decision to get pricked in the arm three times a week for 5 years. Last noteworthy thing is I asked a woman at reception - in person - to have my daughters allergy tested. I informed them that I was only available Wednesdays. She told me if that was the case I had to go to the Albany location instead of Clifton park. It was my only day off during the week, so I booked it a few months out at the Albany practice. Weeks later I received a call that a doctor had left the practice and they auto scheduled my girls on the same day at a different time with a different provider. I explained this time change unfortunately didn’t work, while i did understand why they did it. (I was moved from a late afternoon to morning and they would miss a camp I paid a lot of money for) this conversation was, again, in person, at the Clifton park location. They asked me why my children were going out to Albany. I explained I was told that they could not do allergy testing on Wednesdays at this office. She apologized, said that was false, and booked me a time slot a few weeks out here in Clifton Park. Glad I saved having to make the extra drive. 3 stars for this experience. Glad she was helpful, but sad I was misinformed. Building itself gets 5 stars, it’s beautiful.

For first timers, it can be confusing as no directions are mentioned as to how the check in should be done. However, once you figure out that, the actual place is amazing! There is a cafe either treats, space for consultation and plenty of open waiting area! Service was quick and all in all a great facility! Maybe when the facility sends reminders include a message about the registration process or mention it when appointments are made.
