I know this location doesn’t have the best reviews, and I’m sure everyone’s experiences are valid, especially with more negative reviews than positive, but mine was great. I was treated with professionalism and efficiency.
When you come for an appointment you don't get in to see the doctor till about 2 hours later also I've had several calls into them where they say they're going to call me back and they don't, there's supposed to call a prescription for me it never went through very disappointing
They are NEVER on time! This Dr. Must triple and quadruple appointments for the same time! After a half hour of waiting I went to the desk and asked how much longer as I could hear other people complaining about the wait time! They told me it would be another hour for a total of at least one hour and Twenty minutes!! This is the second time I have had to wait way past my appointment time. My time is just as important as the Drs. Another couple also got up and left and complained loudly both the New Haven office And the Guilford office were always very late all the time. My appointment was with Dr. I’mbevore. I will be changing pulmonologists.
Be prepared to wait over 1.5 hours to be seen. So take the day off from work or get appointment when your done with work.
I’m genuinely perplexed as to how this place remains in business. Here are my main concerns: 1. **Lack of Follow-Up**: After my appointment, I never heard from them again. Communication is crucial, especially in healthcare. 2. **Extended Delays**: I began my process in June, and now it’s August, and I still haven’t received my machine. This delay is entirely due to my request to change providers and send my prescription to the new one. 3. **Provider Coordination Issues**: While they did change the provider, the new provider has been attempting every few days to obtain a doctor’s approval signature, but they have been unsuccessful. 4. **Accessibility Problems**: There is no phone number listed on Google to reach them, making it incredibly difficult to get in touch. I had to search extensively to find contact information. While I appreciate that the doctor and the front desk staff were pleasant and professional, it’s baffling how the operational side is so poorly managed. I sincerely hope they take notice of the one-star reviews and address these issues, as they are impacting the health and well-being of many people.
