The receptionist was the worst because I pay with cash.she didn't give me paperwork till I had exact change She took 4 others before she finished me.and told me she was busy with others.she was doing a lunch menu.all others were great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been dealing with these 'professionals' since last fall. I had a sleep study done and was told that I had periods of apnea 100 times an hour. The equipment I was fitted for by Heathcare Complex (the respiratory supply company they are in cahoots with) did not fit correctly. I was told to come to the Physicians office where I would be fitted by an 'expert.' Long story short the company continues to send the wrong equipment and when I send it back they say it can't be returned even though I did not open it. They say throw this expensive equipment away or donate it to the VA. The Doctors assistant gets an attitude when I call because I don't know the model # of the new equipment. Apparently the 'expert' mask fitter failed to write it down. I worked in upper level healthcare for forty years and I have never met such cavalier people in my life. I have tried to correct this with multiple contacts that were ignored. I can't wait until I can sign up for a new insurance provider. For the sake of your good health please stay far away from Starling Healthcare Group... that is affiliated with Hartford Hospital. This 'group' only cares about your money. My money says taxpayers money should not be spent this way. Today I will call Medicare and report these two offices for Medicare fraud.
