I did a home study with the CT sleep lab. Everyone was very helpful and I got my results quick.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment or speak to someone since last week. Each time I call I get hung up on. Horrible service.

Maureen was an awesome sleep technologist. Better than all I’ve ever had (4th sleep study), I said to my wife, she was the aunt you always wish you had. Good bedside manner, and conversation. She was just great. Only reason why I didn’t rate as a 5 was the comfort of the bed. Bring your own pillows if you go (they can’t control that). Adam

If you're having problems with sleep, you have already looked at the bed you are sleeping in at home. The Connecticut Sleep Lab (1 Lake St., New Britain) comes up short in only one area, and that's the bed -- mattress, pillows, and sheets. Critical to the success of a sleep study, you would think the mattress would be a good one, and the mattress I tried to sleep on the night of 5/25/2016 was not in that category. The pillows? Think of steel wool, but not the scratchy aspect; these pillows were springy, like steel-wool pads. Who invented sheets made of Jersey knit? T- shirts are made of Jersey knit, and if you're wearing a T-shirt to bed (like most people) under Jersey knit sheets, it's like sleeping in Saran Wrap. Listen, people. Bed sheets should be one thing -- P-E-R-C-A-L-E -- look it up. Nope. Somebody at CSL needs to spend some money on quality bedding, because you won't sleep well in these beds. And you are already not sleeping well, right?
