They are terrible at scheduling. They put you on hold for 1.5 hours after saying the wait time will be 5 minutes. They then proceed to cancel your scheduled appointments after they have been scheduled for a month. Try to avoid this location to the best of your abilities.
Terrible service, I got there and they had the A/C on even it was 50 degree outside. The TV was not working. Even I have asked to put on the heat one hour has passed and the guy still not do anything about it. So I had to leave, and all my plans was destroyed for the next 18 hours since I was supposed to have a one night and day observation. Overall Terrible .
They never call you back. You are left I'm the dark.
I would rate this place negative infinity! This place is provides extremely poor service, very unprofessional and unknowable staff. Since May 2019 I'm still waiting for my childs results, while paying a high bill., I'm at a loss here as my childs condition could be getting worse and could have been treated last year.
