I recently visited Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Wallingford with my 13-year-old son, and the experience was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. The staff made sure we were comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated us with great care. The service was also very quick — we were seen and taken care of much faster than expected. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding care. I was pleasantly surprised! The facility is new and pristine. The staff was the finishing touch on a pleasant visit to this office. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The assistant was professional and efficient and very kind. The PA was absolutely wonderful showing concern and a high level of understanding and expertise on how to explore my symptoms further with various testing to figure out just what was going on with me. I am grateful to my primary care doctors office for the. Referral to this Yale Urgent care office. I would STRONGLY recommend this facility to my friends and family!
This facility is the best addition in a while. The staff are effective and friendly. I expected a wait but was seen in less than 5 minutes. Dr Nicole was efficient and very knowledgeable about by issue while also listening to my experiences to come up with the best plan. Appointments came be made and my medicines were already received by the pharmacy before I got dressed. Great to know we have a better choice for urgent care.
What an amazing experience!!! The front desk person was genuinely warm and welcoming. I was checked in quickly and barely sat down before I was called back to a room. The MA did my vitals and the PA came in within a few minutes. I was quickly assessed and cared for. I highly recommend this Urgent care!!
