Nightmare. Months to get an appointment and then months to get in line for equipment for a sleep study ... and when I call for status on equipment... they retake all my information and they say they will eventually call back ..... but no. Something operationally is very, very broke here. I did like the APRN who consulted ... but this place does not seem to know what is going on.
They cancelled my sleep study THREE times over the course of 8 weeks, literal minutes after confirming the appointment and hours before I’m supposed to BE there. First, because their technician didn’t show up. They put that in their system as ME “no-showing” - so they’re lying, too. The second two times, for “equipment issues.” You didn’t know your equipment was broken when you called me 5 minutes prior to confirm? TWICE? Now I’ve been waiting so long for the test that they’re trying to schedule it for a FOURTH time on the day I’m supposed to be getting my results from 8 weeks ago. I’ve literally never dealt with such an unprofessional place before. Go anywhere BUT HERE if you ever hope to have your testing done.
My doctor sent a referral on 2/12. I attempted to call them 5 times. I asked to speak with an office manager (noone ever called me) to this day. Today I was told by my Dr's that this office said, "they called me to schedule an appointment in June but I refused to take the appointment because it was too far out" I'm shocked they would lie about their conduct. I REFUSE TO BE TREATED BY THIS OFFICE. I should have read the "reviews" first.
I have attempted to schedule a sleep study at this center. There is clearly an operational issue with scheduling. My doctor has faxed and mailed a hard copy to the scheduling department because each time something is sent, they mysteriously do not receive it. Each time I call to check in on the situation, they tell me someone will call me but no one ever does and it has been more than a month from the time my doctor initiated the referral.
My wife was referred to this office over two weeks ago. They haven't responded to the referral yet and they don't answer phone calls and voice messages.
