ISSAC WAS GREAT! ,WOMAN AT THE FRONT WAS GREAT! VERY COZY ROOMS WITH BIG ENOUGH BEDS ,BATHROOM NICE ,VERY CLEAN ,COZY ,NICE ENVIROMENT ,ISSAC AND STAFF TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME DURING MY PROPER ,PROFESSIONAL SLEEP STUDY TEST. THEY EVEN ALLOWED MY FIANCE TO SLEEP IN SAME ROOM WITH ME AS MY SUPPORT SYSTEM, WHICH WAS VERY NICE. I FELT AT HOME THERE ! NICE TV ! VERY NICE CLEAN. This was a pleasant experience. Kylie and Brittany were both super nice. Kylie was my technician and she was really kind, professional and gentle. For what it is, it was not bad at all. I feel I was only nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect and I was used to having my dog sleep with me, but I was able to eventually get to sleep and I didn't feel bad in the morning. It is easy to get to, the instructions were pretty clear and she made sure I was comfortable. Scheduling also wasn't bad. While it took them about a couple of weeks to get to me, I understand. This economy is not what it used to be and a lot of these medical offices are super swamped. So I appreciate being able to get in when I was able to. Thank you, and God bless! :)

Absolutely horrible. It's been since July still have not heard a thg had my sleep study done in JULY. I was suppose to hear from them originally I called after I didn't hear anythg lady told me my insurance has to call them or I could call them and get Auth # so I did then called back spoke to Mary which was not pleasant and she said I will give info to insurance and have them chk and call u back. So I waited another week. Finally got in and omg Kevin was horrible very aggressive and when putting sticky thgs on my head he was banging on my head I told him he was hurting me and he said don't move stay still. I was so distraught. Tv was broke. He told me just yell out if u need anythg I le yelled out for like 30 min that I had to go to the bathroom then I hear are u talking to me I told him I am about to piss myself. I did not sleep all night so I dunno if this was worth anythg. So he unhooked me in the morning told me nothing and walked out of the room so I dunno how or when or why I will hear anythg. I do not recommend his place to my dog! If I could give it a 0 I would. I just went to my nephews funeral that day and I told the guy that and he could care less I came home crying in the morning!

waited 3 months to get an appointment for an overnight stay. The day of my appointment they canceled and told me they'd have to call me back to schedule another appointment. I have a feeling I'm going to be waiting another three months for a call back. Terrible service

For the last 5 weeks, I've tried to get an appointment. Have spoken with at least 5 different people including a manager and I still don't have an appointment. This has been a HORRIBLE experience, not to mention it takes 15-20 to get a live person on the line each time you call.
