Decided to head over to these guys because my primary doctor recommended them. The Columbia location was booked solid for several months, so I decided to head to the Rockville location for the quickest available appointment. This place is an hour away, it’s a pain of a drive up, but I continue to go because of appointment availability. The doctors are thorough and they talk to you like you’re a person. I ended up needing a CPAP machine and I have been using it for the past 6 months. I wish I would have headed to these guys sooner, because the machine is a huge help.
It was an awesome experience dealing with the staff at this location. The professionalism was absolutely outstanding. I would refer them going forward to other persons ,continue the great work guys.
The team at sleep services of Maryland are helping me try to get my life back on track by allowing me to sleep more than an hour and a half a night. Which is what I’ve been living on for a very long time. while the Bible tells us that those who wait upon the Lord shall mount up with wings like eagles. We shall run and not get tired, I think it’s important that we all get adequate sleep as well. I’ve had a sleep study to determine my apnea issue. I’ve had another sleep study to determine whether a nasal CPAP device would help. Which it did. I slept for almost 7 hours during the study! A complete nights sleep! Today Edgar and the rest of the team helped me to get set up with my CPAP machine. They also sold me a battery so that I could use it in the car when I’m out on the road as Santa Claus traveling the country. I highly recommend sleep services of Maryland LLC! A special shout out goes out to Dr. Efi Kessous for recommending them to me! Their gift of service has been a tremendous source of encouragement for Hanukkah! Hopefully, if everything goes according to plan, I will be rested for my duties on Christmas Eve! God bless the team and sleep services of Maryland LLC! Very professional and courteous until an actual issue creeps in. I purchased a sleep machine from them in 2024. The machine was brand new top of the line and had a ton of issues in the 1st week, of which i made them aware both on the phone and in person. I attempted every single method available to me and had multiple appointments to resolve the issue with the machine with them and none of them worked. Ultimately they said there was nothing wrong with the machine but there was something wrong with me and what i was doing. They said they were gonna have to repackage that machine and sell it to someone else (absurd). I have owned a cpap machine for over fifteen years and have already figured out the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't. I have a tube cover wrapped around the tubing, I have the machine at the proper height and keep a nice temperature in my room.. Despite all of this, the machine was still causing water rushing through my line as the tubing was not doing what it needed to do. I was not sleeping well at all and my wife was becoming very frustrated with me, not getting the issue resolved with them. They then charged me an extra several hundred dollars to exchange it with the older model machine (still new). Now I do have a working machine, finally. However having to pay TWICE for a working Cpap machine is unbelievably stupid, expensive and unneccessary on their end. My insurance company is evaluating them as a provider and their practices, but they cant help me recover my financial loss. They recommended that I contact the better business bureau or that I sue them directly. However, I don't have the money or time to sue them over three hundred dollars. But I highly recommend you do not get into a situation with them where something is broken or not working.Properly, or you will lose money and be very frustrated with their stupid responses. I will never be returning to them, and I highly recommend going anywhere else but here!
First of all, the staff was very responsive and scheduled an appointment at a convenient time and location that suited me. Secondly, Dr. Hunasikatti immediately put me at ease. His professional, yet friendly demeanor told me that I had come to the right place. The technician explained the testing procedure very thoroughly. I was able to follow the instructions to carry out the test in the privacy and convenience of my own home. I highly recommend Sleep Services of Maryland. In fact, I already have!
