Very polite assistance making the initial appointment. Nice reception staff and comfortable waiting area. The doctor and PA were both on time for both appointments and thorough information was provided. I received clear instructions for take-home test. The one thing I feel would have been helpful would be a direct line to the front desk staff if one encounters a problem with the test. In my case, my cell provider updated the phone which interfered with test. However, the results were fine. I had an experience with another sleep study medical office with my husbnd and Sleep Services of Maryland was a welcome relief from the other office.
Dr K is excellent. She explains everything in detail. The office is warm, clean and inviting. My room was much like an upscale hotel with a comfortable bed, pillows and large wall mounted flat screen TV I have insomnia and was afraid I would not fall asleep or stay asleep in an unfamiliar space. Yet, I did. I slept like a baby🛌💤😴
The staff was excellent! The night and morning techs were great, super nice and helpful. Really appreciate their service. My problem is with the quality of the bed. This is a sleep facility, why do they have the most uncomfortable beds? I could barely sleep because I could feel every single spring. My back, shoulders and whole body ached in the morning from how uncomfortable I was. I woke up exhausted, I barely slept. And during the day, I sat on the bed to eat lunch, cross cross style and my ankle starting hurting from the springs. That’s how awful the bed was. Never doing a sleep study there again due to the awful beds.
Sleep Services of Maryland LLC entire staff are very friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping me sleep better and longer. Dr. Marcus Jennings is great!! Both women who work behind the counter at the Germantown location were very helpful and kind. I could tell that they really care about the patients and they both have a great sense of humor 😂. I Met Jenny at the Columbia location to pick up my home test monitor. She always has a smile on her face, very kind, patient, and thorough when explaining the procedure. She’s extremely attractive too! Could someone please get her a bigger work area and larger desk? I built custom homes for 42 years. I told Jenny that I’m going to install a window for her in the wall of her office space to provide more light and have a view of nature. Everyone there has exceeded my expectations! The staff are so very friendly and patiently answered any questions I had. Both of the sleep studies I did were very comfortable and the rooms are just beautiful! It did not feel like a clinic or a hospital room, it was like staying in a nice hotel. Everything was clean and fresh, and the bed was super comfy! I think I slept better at the clinic than I usually did at home!
