Outstanding medical office with exceptional staff and physicians. They put the patient and their quality of life first and foremost. My care has been first rate and I’d recommend this office to anyone having any issues obtaining quality sleep & rest! Mr. Effler~

I really wanted to give a stellar review of this practice. My first visit was supposed to be an hour long but it was cut short and I felt it was rushed and there wasn't enough time to discuss with the provider. Then came the first patient visit bill which was a red flag - it was much higher than anticipated based on the small amount of time spent. Then I got a late cancellation charge for trying to cancel a follow-up appointment and was told it wasn't within '24 business hours'. Has anyone ever heard of the term '24 business hours'? I've heard 'x business days' but not 'x business hours'. Both the phone and online system would not let me cancel it and it was more than 24 hours notice. And I am certain with their wait list that they had no issue filling my appointment. This, to me, is a deceptive business practice. Bottom line - Give this place a try if you need help - but be aware that it is pricey and there is no grace or mercy offered if you don't read and follow ALL the fine print before signing the forms. In my life I've never gotten a late fee for a missed appointment until now. It's sad what American healthcare is becoming, and it's clear that the patient's positive outcome is not #1 anymore. **Note: I reserve the right to revise my review and rating if the practice does the honorable thing and refunds the cancellation fee. What is a person supposed to do if something happens over the weekend and they can no longer make a Monday appointment? 50 hard earned dollars down the drain. :(

I’m sorry for being such an annoyance/nuisance to you Theresa…. I see the providers have great reviews so I was hopeful with my call but that was a pretty dismissive and unsettling 30 seconds that left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m glad you guys have been booked up “for the last 10 years” but maybe not treat people who are calling with real concerns like we should just know that info and not bother you. Best of luck and please consider your tone and try to be a bit more welcoming as the first person that anyone speaks with.

Had an awesome telehealth visit last week with Sarah Jamieson from Comprehensive Neurology and Sleep Medicine. Sarah is expert in her field and a trusted advisor who keeps amazing track of my heart health through the daily use of my ResMed 10 CPAP machine. She told me I was 96 percent green for the year which is a great track record and showed my commitment to the science. My good results were also reflected in my latest EKG which showed a noticeable lowering of the PVC arythmia my cardiologist diagnosed me with a few years back. Thank you, Sarah for writing a prescription for ResMed’s newest model with Roberts Health Care. I am grateful to be under your trusted, watchful eye! Jim Corbett

Unlike previous doctors I have visited with, Sarah listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and takes her time. It's clear she understands that treating sleep issues requires a full understanding of an entire person.
