I highly recommend this facility. I took my mother to get an immigration physical. The price for the physical was reasonable. The staff was friendly and Dr. Hassan was knowledgeable and pleasant. Also, the waiting time was not bad. We were seen in a timely manner. Overall we had a great experience.

Had a great experience getting my immigration medical exam here. Scheduling an appointment was quick, and the front desk team was also easy to work with. Dr. Hassan was kind and professional. I especially appreciated Dr. Hassan's flexibility regarding the testing: I was able to get these done out of the office, which was more cost-effective since I could use my own insurance. All in all I had a very positive experience.

My experience at Dr. Hassan was nothing short of spectacular. I visited his office for Lab test that I needed and by the end of my visit I asked the receptionist how i can be a patient of his. I am big on customer service experience so most places I interact with I base my opinion of doing business with them based on their service delivery. They all seem to work in lock step in terms of the customer experience. Their communication with customers was excellent as i watched them interact with so many other customers during my 2 visits. I would definitely recommend and all of my friends and family to Dr. Hassan’s office. I don’t know how you rate their service delivery because it’s above the scale of rating.

He took the time to listen to all my concerns and was very willing to explain the diagnosis and treatment options to me in a clear manner. What impressed me the most was his personalized approach, as he did not only focus on the symptoms, but also took into account my overall well-being and offered me practical advice to improve my health in the long term. The facilities of the center are modern, clean and very well equipped. The place reflects an atmosphere of tranquility and professionalism, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. In addition, the waiting times were minimal, which is a great plus for those of us with busy schedules. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hassan's Medical Center to anyone looking for high quality medical care, humane treatment, and a service that truly cares about the patient's well-being.
