Sleep! Testing & Treatment

I was told to come here and had called months prior and never received a response. I drove to the clinic thinking I would be able to speak to someone but they have their sign in front of the building but when you go inside there is no placard for an office. Online it show suite 303 I went up to that and the lights were out with a package leaning against the door. Online it shows they are open but no one there and no office hours listed anywhere around the door. The walls appeared bare so I am not real sure this place actually exists at this location.

If I could give them 0 or even better, negative stars I would. They’ve been so unresponsive, probably because their “doctor” doesn’t even report to that office and collects bills from his mansion is NoVa. And their “receptionist” is located in Africa. I was told to show up to the California office on a certain day at a certain time and no one there was even aware of my alleged appointment. And the fraud of a doctor billed by insurance $250 for a 2 minute virtual visit where he told me he could do nothing to help me even though I was an established patient. Total scam!

This is the type of place where negative stars should be an option. I’ve been trying to contact this place for 6 months as they are the only sleep specialists in town. They never answer, return voicemails, or emails. Additionally, the office is always vacant. Drive to Baltimore or DC if you need help, cause this place ain’t it. I recommend Metro Sleep Diagnosis & Treatment in Waldorf. They both have a phone, and answer the phone. It’s an awesome combo!

Sleep test went well. The beds were great. Very responsive in getting your CPAP machine. But for some reason if you try to call them no one answers. It usually takes them a decade to call back with a voicemail. Then at that point you are playing phone tag. You are on hold for ages if you do reach someone to talk to. So if you call them don't get your hopes up. I would set your bar pretty low for this matter.

The lab is very clean! The front desk person, Charisma, was excellent! Very Professional and Understanding. The bedrooms for the sleep study made me feel at home! The Sleep Techs care and attention were outstanding! I love this place! Will recommend to family and friends! Thank you!!
