Sleep Solutions of Fredericksburg

I was supposed to have a sleep study at Sleep Solutions of Fredericksburg this past Sunday but I chose not to stay because there was a male tech and I did not feel comfortable with that situation. It was him, myself and another female client who was not there at the time. The tech understood my concern and said it was okay it happens all the time. My concern is why are they putting women in this uncomfortable situation in the first place? Why did they not ask the question if I wanted a male or female Tech? How can you get successful results when the client has one eye open all night. I don't plan on going back and I hope they don't try to charge me or my insurance companies because that will be a whole other review I'll have to write. Do better Sleep Solution of Fredericksburg.

The service received at this location was extremely unprofessional to say the least.The tech assisting my son was disrespectful and rude. She used an elevated tone of voice when speaking and did not take into consideration any info shared with her regarding the mask which was the main reason my son was there. My son who has autism was traumatized by the nurse behavio. He was awake majority of the night asking questions about the nurses behavior. Pls choose a different site fir yiyr needs. .

Extremely rude and dismissive front office. Had a referral to go there and just got the run around. Needless to say I cancelled it and will go somewhere else. I can only imagine how they treat their patients.

I went to Sleep Disorder center of Fredericksburg for a Sleep test. I am never going back. The beds was old and squeaky. I literally could not sleep in that bed. My sleep test failed because I did not sleep a wink. I could feel the spring in the bed. The room was dirty and looked like a old motel room. I got a call few days later telling me of my results. They gave me a positive result even though I told them I did not sleep a wink and complained about the bed situation and we need a retest. They still charged me . The customer service is terrible, they said they will call me back but didn't. I went to another doctor not to far and they had a location that looked and feel like a sleep test center. I personally think this location cuts lots of corner.
