My son was referred here several months ago for a sleep study. I have had the referral sent no less than 3 times. The last time the person I spoke with said they were physically looking at it, but would need their managers approval to schedule. I was assured I would receive a prompt call back which never happened. I called again 2 and a half weeks later and was told there's no record of a referral or any of these conversations. Do yourself a massive favor and go to a different provider. I haven't even been able to make the appointment successfully so I can only imagine what the actual visit/study would be like.
A sleep study was ordered for my daughter in JULY. They waited until 2 days before to tell me they never requested the updated prior auth for this year and to call the ordering ent. I called the ordering ent and they closed in JULY. I call back after getting my daughters pedis office to help and they admit to knowing the ENT closed when suggesting I reach out to them, told me they can't accept anything from the PCP to keep the appointment and hung up on me after canceling the appointment. I would give 0 but Google insists you get a participation trophy. Thanks for nothing and for making my daughters issues that much more prolonged.
An order for my sons sleep study was sent here one month ago and I still haven't been contacted to make an appointment. I called today and was told it would be at least another week (I was originally told I would be contacted within two weeks of them receiving the order.) My son is most likely suffering from sleep apnea, which is obviously a dangerous issue. But yes, let's continue to put him on the back burner and not make his appointment.
My 3 month old daughter had a sleep study ordered and we were paired with a young woman whos name i can't remember now due to being overtired 😅 but it started with an M anyhow, she was so good and gentle with my baby! She explained everything thoroughly and our overall experience was good! The hotel room was a lot bigger than expected.
This place subjects toddlers to abuse by their unqualified staff and then fraudulently bills your insurance company nearly $10,000. Go somewhere else.
