I’ve been calling Michigan Medicine Pediatric Sleep Clinic every single day for over two weeks to confirm whether they received the referral from my son’s ENT doctor. Each time, I’m given a different excuse — either "we're busy," "wait 24–48 hours," or "it takes a week to process." It’s been nearly three weeks now, and still nothing. My clinic has faxed the referral repeatedly, yet no one seems to know what’s going on. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with children who are sick and in need of timely care. The staff seem uncoordinated, unhelpful, and frankly, unprofessional. This has been a very upsetting and stressful experience, and I would give zero stars if I could. Families come to you for help — the least you can do is show some urgency and compassion.
