S. Ball is an amazing OBGYN. I have been going to her for years and she is wonderful every single time I am there. She is concerned about my well-being and remembers the little things I tell her about my life and insures she brings them up again to make sure everything worked out. She is caring and compassionate. She is also a very good teacher. When she has a student working with her, she makes sure to explain everything to the student and if needed, has always asked my permission for the student to do something before letting them.

Receptionist at front desk of the ER room was wonderful! That was the best thing about this trip to the ER! Nurses and Dr, Sarah were so rude and uncaring to my daughter that she is still dwelling on it and talking about it! I don’t Care how bad an illness might be the next time we will go to Iowa city for treatment! They need to learn protocol on how to treat patients that are having a manic episode!! Next time show a little companion to someone that Is suffering more than you can imagine!

I paid $1,000 deductible for a surgery I was supposed to get done there my surgeon had to reschedule my surgery. I had my surgery performed at another place and instead of reimbursing me my $1,000 like I was told that was going to get reimbursed to me they decided to keep my money now I’m stuck trying to come up with another way to pay for my surgery. Definitely like to keep people’s money that don’t belong to them. Good thing Im going else where they are not getting anymore of my money.

good luck trying to get ahold of them. I’m pretty sure they don’t know what a phone is or they just stare at it and let it ring as i’ve been calling them for two months to give a different insurance provider.

Appalling level of care and complete lack of compassion and professionalism. I should have sought out treatment somewhere else... iowa city, Davenport, heck even Burlington would have been an upgrade
